San Diego City Schools utilizes key research through a knowledge-building process to develop models of technology integration and best practice that add value to teaching and learning. Both the National Education Technology Plan and the SDUSD Educational Technology Plan (ETSP) are research-based, and are designed to improve student achievement in elemenetary and secondary schools using research-based systems and resources for professional development and the curriculum.
